Love Thy (Gay) Neighbor

Who does Jesus ask us to love? Is it just the people that look and act like you? If Jesus tells us to love everyone, how should you treat them?

Some of us at Olathe Life Fellowship offered a very simple gesture of love last Good Friday by holding signs in downtown KC that said "God Loves Gays." One gay person gave us all hugs and said, "That was best Easter message I have ever heard!" KC Fox news gave us very positive news coverage that weekend.

The residual of this has been astounding. One person the other day just commented after watching that news clip "This made me cry like crazy! I am homosexual and have dealt with total hell for so long and when I saw this it made me sooo happy that I cried!”
